We are looking for a Technical Lead in France who will be responsible for the implementation of all technical solutions across the Salesforce platform project spectrum, based on industry best practices as well as business needs. Also, coaching and mentoring the development team to drive the quality of coding and testing towards maximum success. By leveraging the latest SFDC technology, you will help our clients surf the wave of digital transformation.
Your role
As a Technical Lead, you will:
Act as a role model and advise customers on technical development best practices during workshops and during the project;
Take full responsibility for all technical development tracks on projects, ensuring the technical designs are implemented effectively and successfully;
Responsible for helping the developers solve complex programming problems with particular focus on object-oriented design and programming;
Develop solutions with Apex, Lightning components, LWC and Visualforce;
Coach and mentor team members to ensure their code quality of is in accordance with Waeg’s standards and the clients requirements;
Ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements and are effectively translated into technical solutions;
Manage and implement the prescribed code quality standards and development strategies for the project;
Performing maintenance and troubleshooting of applications and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions;
Oversee the facilitation of continuous improvement within the team environment;
Invest time into researching and leverage latest SFDC technology.
With strong technical and communication skills, the Technical Lead stays in close collaboration with the development team, different stakeholders, as well as the Technical Architect and Project manager on the project.
Your skills
In order to be successful in our team, we expect you to bring 5+ years’ experience in developing Salesforce technical solutions and:
The ability to solve complex technical problems with Salesforce solutions
Experience of the complete software development life cycle and project life cycle including Release Management, Testing, and Deployment
Strong understanding of Salesforce technical and solution design
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in coaching and mentoring technical teams
Ability to produce and review high quality technical documentation and analysis
At least one Salesforce certification, ideally development focused
Fluency in written and verbal French and English
You also have good interpersonal skills and communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environments. You are able to speak and write English fluently, and you can produce high quality technical documentation and analysis. You can work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision, on multiple tasks and deliver quality products. You are comfortable working with both waterfall and agile methodologies and had exposure across the full delivery life-cycle.
