We are looking for a Solution Architect who will be responsible for critically assessing our client's business needs and then creating a valid solution to those needs using Salesforce-based technologies.
As a Solution Architect, you :
You will be naturally comfortable working on both pre-sales and delivery activities as a solution architect.
Create exciting solution visions for our clients, ensuring that the business outcomes clients desire are achieved.
Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, being seen as the sales force subject matter expert on all business-oriented solutions.
You will be responsible for leading solutions throughout the sales cycle, providing thought leadership to our customers.
Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle on all issues related to the design of the solution.
Proactively identify challenges and design needs related to the implementation of Salesforce and its interactions with other enterprise applications.
Create documentation that helps turn a business case into easy-to-understand workflows and diagrams that clearly communicate how the solution works.
Leading engagement for Salesforce-based initiatives with Information Security, Risk and Technology teams.
Act as a Functional Expert (SME) for the Salesforce product suite, supporting internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare solution documentation that includes business requirements and technical designs that communicate architectural components.
The ability to solve complex business problems with Salesforce solutions
Previous experience working in a pre-sales capacity with the ability to also act as a Salesforce Solution Architect
Excellent customer engagement skills
In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, understanding of common key business issues and how they are resolved using Salesforce technology
Proven experience in developing Salesforce pre-sales solutions and estimates
A solid understanding of the Salesforce project lifecycle and related methodologies
You also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being able to manage various activities, projects and people at the same time.
You show a willingness to learn and have an adaptable personality and are seen as a good team player with a spirit of service.
You can work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision, multi-task and deliver quality.
Fluent in English and German (if based in Germany), Dutch (if based in the Netherlands or Belgium), Swedish (if based in Sweden).
