Dreamforce, set against San Francisco's iconic skyline backdrop, is not your regular industry conference but a unique gathering that redefines the boundaries of thought leadership. This annual event, masterfully orchestrated by Salesforce, brings together visionaries, innovators, and leaders from across the globe, this time with a focus on shaping the future of AI within the Salesforce ecosystem.
This year, once again, Waeg’s team had the pleasure of attending this extraordinary assembly. A team of Business Development Directors from Waeg, including Nele Jerselius (Nordics), Nick Celis (BeNeLux), and Sylvain Blondel (France), embarked on enlightening journeys known as the Northern and Southern Europe Networking Experience Tours.
Through candid conversations with both customers and Salesforce experts, our sales team has gained profound insights and honed the understanding of the dynamics essential for building lasting relationships in the future. In an age where digital interactions dominate, Dreamforce 2023 reminded everyone of the enduring power of face-to-face connection and the undeniable value in forging relationships that go beyond transactions.
Yet, Dreamforce had even more to offer than that. The Architect keynote session provided a captivating glimpse into the future of architectural innovation, shining a spotlight on Generative AI and its astounding trust features. It pushed the boundaries of what was once considered achievable, unveiling the incredible potential of AI in shaping the architecture of tomorrow.
Waeg’s Weighing in on the Conversation
Waeg's impact on Dreamforce 2023 was more than just our team's attendance. Waeg's Chief Technology Architect (CTA), Neha Nagori, conducted a series of illuminating, well-architected workshops - among them, 'Architect Helpful Solutions with AI' was a beacon of thought leadership. Nearly a hundred participants, each representing diverse backgrounds and experiences, were carefully led through the nuanced considerations of the 'Well-Architected Framework', which emphasised a firm commitment to responsible AI implementation.
But Neha wasn’t the only Waeger who added to the Dreamforce 2023 experience. Kristian Margaryan Jørgensen, Director of Solution Engineering and Architecture at Waeg, hosted the thought-provoking roundtable discussion, 'AI-Powered Impact for Manufacturers’, which included strategic insights on navigating, prioritising, and evolving Salesforce program roadmaps in the era of AI.
