Waeg, an IBM Company, is a Salesforce Platinum Partner providing certified consultancy for enterprise-level organisations all across Europe. We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager who will work closely with the PMO Practice Lead, the Delivery Director and a cross-functional implementation team to carry out the day-to-day management and delivery of projects towards our clients.
Your role
As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible to deliver projects within time & budget.
Analyse project scope and budget, and draft a realistic project plan with clearly defined milestones and an identified methodology (scrum or kanban);
Ensure that Agile methodologies and best practices are applied to your project;
Organise & drive the Waeg delivery team and the client to operate within the boundaries of the project plan;
Measure the progress of a project in an Agile way and report back to management;
Pro-active communication towards the client and Waeg management on project risks and its mitigation actions;
Manage a diverse (sometimes remote) expert team with different specialisations;
Maintain end-responsibility on the overall quality of the project;
Manage and respond quickly to change requests in a fast-paced environment;
Setup and configuration of Project Management tools like Atlassian (Confluence/Jira), Azure Devops, etc.
Liaise with the finance department for all financial aspects of your project (eg. invoicing fixed price milestones); Y
You will be in constant communication and collaboration within Waeg, an IBM Company, Stakeholders, Management and Delivery Manager, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of bespoke customer requests as well as facilitating continuous improvement.
Your skills
In order to be successful in our team we expect you to bring 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Project Manager in Delivery projects, and:
Degree in Management, IT, Engineering, or similar by experience;
PMP, Scrum or similar certifications are a plus;
Good coaching skills & people management skills;
Experience within the Salesforce Ecosystem;
Excellent communication & presentation skills;
Excellent analytical, statistics, and problem solving skills;
Great time & budget management skills;
Pragmatic & proactive mindset;
Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence);
Scrum and Kanban;
MS Office or similar;
Experience with Bitbucket or similar is a plus;
You are comfortable working with both waterfall and agile methodologies and had exposure across the full delivery life-cycle. You also have good interpersonal skills and communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in geographically dispersed environments. You are able to speak and write English fluently, and you can produce high-quality technical documentation and analysis. You can work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision, on multiple tasks and deliver quality products.
