We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality business solutions, based on industry best practices as well as business needs. By leveraging the latest SFDC technology, you will help our clients surf the wave of digital transformation.

YOUR ROLE

As a Salesforce CPQ Developer, you will:

  • Act as a role model and advise customers on architectural and technical development best practices during workshops and during the project;

  • Be responsible for hands-on development and administration of the CPQ solution;

  • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure customers development quality;

  • Perform the build activities to deliver a solution from the design stage to a functional application;

  • Ensure the solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements;

  • Troubleshoot and solve problems;

  • Introduce mechanisms and best practices to prevent the recurrence of performance issues;

  • Document best practices and operational procedures.

With strong technical and communication skills, the Salesforce CPQ Developer manages the process of implementing improvements and new functionalities in CPQ solutions, developing tools to help scale our client’s revenue-generating operations and increase sales efficiency.

YOUR SKILLS

In order to be successful in our team, we expect you to bring 5+ years’ experience in CPQ tools and:

  • Experience with SteelBrick / Salesforce CPQ implementations.

  • Experience with other CPQ tools is a plus.

  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification is preferred.

  • Additional Salesforce Certifications would be a plus.

  • You also have good interpersonal skills and communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in geographically dispersed environments.

  • You are able to speak and write English fluently, and you can produce high-quality technical documentation and analysis.

  • You can work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision, on multiple tasks and deliver quality products.

  • You are comfortable working with both waterfall and agile methodologies and had exposure across the full delivery life cycle.
